Key responsibilities included editing photos, videos, and graphic media to complement company text (e- book) content. Led the conversion process from Index's Mac OS designed e-books to Windows OS with a focus on maintaining user experience from previous OS whilst problem solving for new device user experience and interface issues. Other work included:• Building relationships with clients on the job.• Traveling to the client site to direct SME's during video and photo shoots.• Editing and revising all generated media.• Maintaining digital asset library.• Developing training video courses for internal company use.
