CurrentResponsible for ensuring customer success and satisfaction, I am a dedicated partner for our key accounts, discovering business needs and challenges, to create strategies to adopt appropriate elements from the portfolio of Minitab solutions with real ROI. Regular meetings mean an account at risk is identified so a path to safety is created/delivered, and helps us deliver true value via focused improvements to the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our processes. Where appropriate I provide opportunities for customers to celebrate their success via case studies, articles, or speaking at events.I support the sales team proactively iterate throuh our Customer Engagement Lifecycle to retain existing business and to drive growth, identifying potential customer up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and partnering with the customer and with sales to secure the benefits from that new business.I actively maintain and enhance the product knowledge gained from my earlier experience, work on a small portfolio of projects, and continue to support other teams and initiatives where it adds value to do so.
