I have had the blessing of working in the service industry since I was 17 and started cooking at a country club. I took this passion to Kansas State University and pursued a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Since graduation I've had the opportunity to work in leadership roles in all facets of our industry. My unique career track over the past 25 years has given me so many skills that have helped me get to where I'm at today. I truly love leading the opening and execution of new concepts and creating a culture of passion and excitement for our industry. Every time I move on to a new project I'm flattered to have people begging to me to take them with so they can still be a part of my team.
