Austin has over 25 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications sector, and he is currently working at Dell Technologies encompassing many tens of thousands of contact center agents and over 150,000 unified communication enabled employees in the Voice Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE) Team within the Voice and Contact Center Services Experience. He works closely with the Product Lines to ensure the overall architecture is secure, stable, and reliable and that non-functional requirements needs are met to align with the Dell Digital team and its business strategy.As part of the team, he functions as a trusted technology advisor to management on technology integrations, emerging trends, and opportunities to provide a consistent and effortless customer experience.He maintains the North Star architecture for the Voice and Contact Center Services Experience in partnership with the Product Lines and Enterprise Architecture teams. North Star architecture constantly evolves to reflect the current and future needs of the organisation which are determined by strategy, business needs, technology developments and industry trends.
