I manage a computer-based platform with multiple applications, including transcription, multitasking, chatting and messaging to maintain effective communication with the customer. I am very comfortable engaging with customers who may exhibit frustration while taking responsibility for errors on behalf of the company. In addition to standard customer service duties I develop dietary and nutritional plans to reach optimal weight, stimulate healing and increase quality of life and drive sales goals and achieve monthly quotas

On a daily basis I would develop and execute lesson plans for behavioral correction and general dog rearing. I trained and socialized puppies including housetraining and ending destructive behaviors, and ordered supplies and conducted routine inventories of supplies and equipment to keep up with demand.

I had to clean out kennels and animal holding areas and relieve boredom and stress of living in a shelter environment by walking, playing and tending to dogs. I also recorded activity and noted any unusually behavior or medical issues and educated animal owners regarding feeding and general care.

I worked with tree trimmers removing tree chippings and trimming to clean general debris from the work area

I welcomed customers, took orders and assisted with any questions or questions as well as running the basic functions of the restaurant like cleaning and waiting tables, make drinks, and assist in baking the pastries.

I had a wide variety of functions in this role such as; -Preparing and positioning patients for procedures, including placing napkins and patient safety devices.-Gathering medical history, and measured and recorded vital statistics like patients’ blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.-Assisted dentists by passing instruments, suctioning intraoral fluids and mixing materials for casts or impressions. Helped dentists restore teeth by prepping for permanent or temporary fillings.-Inputted patient data into the computer system while maintaining a high level of accuracy.-Took patient X-rays and intra-oral photos and put them on the viewer light box so that the dentist could assess them. -Cleaned and sanitized dental tools and equipment, straightened up the room and restocked supplies after each patient was treated.
