Lead complex contract negotiations to reduce the overall cost of software to Dell. In a specific supplier example, reduced the 3 year cost by nearly $10M (~50%) by developing and implementing a creative payment model.Maintain a positive and healthy relationship between the supplier and internal business partner by orchestrating Quarterly Business Reviews as a forum for either side to air concerns or best practices.Work with a wide variety of stakeholders while negotiating a contract including legal, finance, marketing, and program owners to balance the inclusion of their needs, such as having the best solution for the customer while ensuring Dell has the appropriate legal and financial protections in place. Volunteer on the core team of the Graduate Development Program since joining Dell in Summer 2016 (including leading the 10+ person core team for the graduate cohort from Summer 2018- Summer 2019) to enable passion for assisting over 300 new hires by planning events, such as networking, executive speakers, business line reviews, volunteering, etc. to help foster relationship-building and involvement for those new at Dell to deepen their connection to the people and places in which they work. • Conducted an Inventory Health Data Analysis that identified over $100 Million of Non-Moving inventory and determined solutions that freed up nearly $10 Million of previously Non-Moving inventory, while creating recommendations for $51 Million more through the use of SAP system and physical forms.• Worked with 3rd party vendors to create and validate a master spare parts list of over 2000 items valued over $8 Million that are needed to support a new capital expansion project in the Democratic Republic of Congo, before distributing it to team members who would begin the ordering process.• Worked as an Inventory Controller to verify order requests while using analytical software to determine the appropriate stocking levels and service levels before approval.
