You want them to be comfortable coming to you with any questions or concerns they might have. I think it’s equally important that you are proactive as well as have that sense of urgency. When homeowners are contacting you, they need your help and they need it now. They might be upset, scared or stressed. You must be empathetic and show them that their concerns matter and that you are going to do what you can to help them, as quickly as you can.
