Major full stack contributor in the development of the AHT application, a cloud-based facilitymanagement EHR (Electronic Health Record) solution for post-acute and senior living organizations.• With my substantial background in application modernization, and my ability to quickly become proficient with new technologies, helped to bring the AHT product from MVP status to a viable solution for the existing customer base (migrating from a legacy application).• Within 6 months of hire, was commissioned to lead the development of a fundamental scheduling component, built upon the existing Microsoft C# .NET / SQL Server architecture and an emerging Open Source based containerized infrastructure hosted in GCP.• Worked closely with fellow engineers as well as colleagues from UI/UX, BA, PM, and QA to help deliver functional and non-functional product requirements.• In addition to being a member of the architecture group, served as primary mentor for the on-boarding team (5-7 members), in addition to my core development team (5 members), with an emphasis on driving best practices and consistency across all teams within the department.

Developed and maintained client-side components of Rocket Data Virtualization product, including Java Eclipse user interface, JDBC and ODBC driver implementations, and Web services integration layer.• Overhauled existing UI, delivering more appealing and productive UX, exceeding customers' expectations and attracting new customers.• Created and streamlined development, test, build, and product release strategy, managing ontimedelivery of 4 IBM branded product variants.• Collaborated with server developer to build MongoDB facade, extending reach of datavirtualization offering beyond SQL, including NoSQL consumers such as Node.js.

Developed and maintained tooling components for Shadow product suite, including Java Eclipse user interface and several other applications written primarily in C and C++.• Served as technical leader within 6 months of hire, ensuring smooth transition of responsibilitiesto small offshore team.• Improved build automation, reducing turnaround times for product maintenance andenhancement releases.• Designed and implemented enhanced field mapping capability in screen scraping tool throughcollaboration with technical sales engineer.

Built first and only CORBA-based mainframe integration solution (Orbix Mainframe, written primarily in C++) with involvement at all levels of product lifecycle.• Partnered with enterprise customers (like AT&T and Credit Suisse) to drive industry specifications and meet critical performance goals.• Also worked on core Orbix, OrbixWeb, and Artix (a precursor to the Apache CXF project and Red Hat Fuse).
