Successfully managed a total of 5 different Elevation Church campuses over 35,000square feet including our Concord, University City, Lake Norman, Blakeney, and Riverwalklocations. Below are some hit points from my role that I have been able to accomplish asan Operations Manager:- Analyzed data and presented to superiors on how we can make effective changes toour systems and processes as a team to increase efficiency. This often looked liketaking complex data from current systems, explaining what the problem is, andcompiling the results into an easy-to-read format for those I was presenting to.- Consistently set initiatives to improve the organization as a whole, working with notonly my team but also working cross-functionally with other teams as well.- Developed and implemented multiple business systems for the organization, includingan inventory tracking system (AssetPanda) and a geofenced Proactive Maintenancereminder to auto-populate to each Facility manager as they arrive at their respectivecampus.- Created content for the Operations Team every week to inspire, and encourage themto grow in their roles- Maintained an excellent atmosphere for guests to worship in a distraction-freeenvironment through proactive maintenance schedules and walks.

During my time at Allstate, I had the opportunity to implement digital marketingcampaigns from start to finish, while also consulting my boss on some marketingstrategies he can use In the future. I worked hard to design marketing plans to outlinepromotions and show how we can reach our goals as a team. Through these efforts, I wasable to increase our social media following by 211% on our social platform (Facebook). Ialso exceeded the following responsibilities while on staff at Allstate:- Consulted customers and helped them with any problems or needs they had with theirpolicies.- Analyzed data from past marketing strategies in order to improve our approach on thenext promotion for the agency.
