I am a CPA with public accounting experience with knowledge in various industries doing tax work and audit work. I currently work as a Senior Staff Accountant at Cole Information where I help prepare recs for month close, assist in the yearly audit, and manage cash, receivables, and payables, as well as various other functions.I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with my degree in Accounting in May 2016 and continued on to get my Master of Professional Accounting degree from UNL in May 2017. Being an accountant has allowed me to fulfill some of the dreams I have had since I was young. I have always had a passion for serving others and being able to help clients with accounting issues is very fulfilling. I have also always had a knack for problem-solving and what better field to problem-solve in than accounting. Whether it be navigating the tax code to help clients receive higher returns and solve complex tax issues, or understanding how the various GAAP and IFRS standards apply to a client during an audit, accounting provides me various problem-solving opportunities each day.
