Current• Responsible for full recruitment life cycle in IT staffing, including Contract, Contract-hire, and Permanent Placements in the US recruitment industry• Responsible for serving direct clients, federal, and implementation partner requirements• Supporting federal clients like DOD, DHS, DOS, IRS, USCG, NOAA, DOT, CBP, etc by placing top-tier candidates with Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, TS/SCI CI-Poly, TS/SCI Full Scope Poly clearances• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent and successfully placing multiple resources on direct and contractual for federal government positions in Oracle, Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Project manager, CyberSecurity, etc on a regular basis• Managing recruitment efforts for federal IT positions, ensuring candidates possess DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNP, CISM, CAP, CISA, CASP, etc., to meet stringent cybersecurity and skillset requirements• Primarily using Dice, CB, and Monster for sourcing resources and extensively recruiting from LinkedIn• Recruiting consultants primarily on a W2 and Full-time basis based on the demand of the requirements• Involving in daily progress meetings with managers to keep track of the workflow and prioritize the requirements on a daily basis• Ensuring compliance with federal hiring regulations, policies, and procedures• Managing positive candidate relationships, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs• Responsible for recruiting in tax terms W2, 1099, C2C, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements• Using the back-tracking approach to analyze the client's feedback and then recruiting the ideal resource as per the current update of the client• Using both active and passive recruiting approaches to deliver the required result on time
