I am the main point of contact to assist with product parameters, pipeline management or questions relating to underwriting, pricing, and loan closing.My other responsibilities include management of a team of Account Executives. As a leader, I encourage team members to grow in their careers, while also offerings hands-on assistance including: joint sales calls that maximize opportunities with our Broker Partners; providing tools needed to maximize each AEs strengths; training of new AEs; and presenting the AE voice to management to ensure effective communication between sales and operations.
