In order for small restaurants like ours to succeed we have to provide excellent customer service each and every time. This is something that is widely known, but not widely practiced. Always looking for new ways to help expand business and my future in restaurant management.

Learned how to work in high stress situations and still perform at a very high level. Made it a point to treat each customer as an individual and not a number, this is how I developed a large number of regulars. CPK was a wonderful stepping stone as the company offered many opportunities to advance and develop my leadership and communication skills. It is a great company that puts it's employees in a position to learn and grow, and I took full advantage of those opportunities.
