I took an interest in writing as a teenager who discovered that writing poetry helped to truly express yourself and it helped me to cope with life. I was told by a couple of my teachers that if I pursued writing I would be a great author. I left all that behind and pursued security services. 40 years later I have come back to writing and am seeking a career while also working on several books with different genres and styles. I love learning and educating others. I enjoy human and animal behavior and work to educate others on coexisting with wildlife. I am always learning and researching things, often falling down rabbit holes of information. I have a passion for knowledge. I have tried freelancing my writing as well as interning with Plant-Based Network where I helped write blog posts, magazine articles, and restaurant reviews.I wrote a couple articles for Happenings magazine regarding an urban wild turkey in Kenosha, his name was Carl. It was intended to educate and give tips on what to do if people saw him.
