In my role as digital media supervisor, I research, recommend, and implement new technologies and marketing services in partnership with department leaders and vendors. These projects include spearheading an award-winning website and team member portal redesign, implementing a transparency integration on our provider directory, and bringing cost-saving video production services in-house. Additionally, I manage our digital media coordinator, interns, and volunteers, guiding the work they produce, including award-winning social media campaigns, monthly e-newsletters, and reputation management.

In my role as digital media coordinator, I launched a variety of new platforms and technologies at the Health System, including Instagram, hospital TV messaging, physician practice waiting room TV messaging, online flipbooks, monthly e-newsletters, and SMS campaigns. Additionally, I grew our established digital assets, including the website, team member portal, Facebook, and local listings. I spearheaded our internship program with the College of Coastal Georgia and oversaw their projects and development.

Tannersville, Pa

As a project manager, I communicated daily with 50+ clients to understand and implement their project requests. I assigned requests to the appropriate departments, maintained a log of project statuses, reviewed the final projects to ensure quality control, informed clients when their requests were complete, and collaborated with accounting to confirm work was properly billed. Additionally, I grew the department with a project management assistant, who I oversaw and approved their monthly blogs and weekly Twitter, Google+ and Facebook posts for 10+ clients.
