This may also include cancelling or downgrading web apps or services you're no longer using.2 | ⚙️ Automate:Next, I'll identify every task that is repetitive, tedious and/or time-consuming. Oftentimes these tasks can be automated with software.3 | 🙋 Delegate:Some leftover tasks can't be automated and need to be managed manually. Or an automated task may require a small amount of manual maintenance. (For example, I've set up an automation that posts pictures and videos to social media, and uses ChatGPT to write the marketing copy. My client still reviews the posts for readability and accuracy before they go public).
