I am eagerly seeking full-time employment in a customer service-oriented, professional atmosphere (preferably in a health care setting). I have impeccable customer service skills, and am currently studying (online courses) for a business degree in Healthcare Management. I am a licensed Massage Therapist (MN) and therefore have basic knowledge of patient privacy guidelines, as well as basic medical terminology. I have extensive customer service experience, and feel I would be a fantastic fit for just about any team. My employment at Nordstrom and at the John Hancock building has afforded me the opportunity to learn what true customer service means: building a positive, memorable relationship with every person who walks through the door, while ensuring they'll continue that relationship with the business.
