Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Current• Assists in the recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and maintaining the applicant database.• Coordinates employment job offers, background checks, and pre-employment drug screens; communicates with potential hire and hiring manager throughout the process.• Coordinates with Facility Security Officer regarding potential employees that need a clearance.• Coordinates and assists onboarding for new hires to include (but not limited to) benefits enrollment, sending required new hire emails, and tracking initial training.• Ensure all upcoming new employees are assigned an employee ambassador; process and maintain ambassador surveys.• Enters and maintains HRIS and other database records, including (but not limited to) information for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.• Assists with various internal and external audits throughout the year.• Supports all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.• Assists the HR Team as needed with other day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned
