Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Current- Assists in the recruitment process including sourcing and screening candidates, working closely with hiring managers, and maintaining the applicant database.
- Coordinates employment job offers, background checks, and pre-employment drug screens; communicates with potential hire and hiring manager throughout the process.
- Coordinates with Facility Security Officer regarding potential employees that need a clearance.
- Coordinates and assists onboarding for new hires to include (but not limited to) benefits enrollment, sending required new hire emails, and tracking initial training.
- Ensure all upcoming new employees are assigned an employee ambassador; process and maintain ambassador surveys.
- Enters and maintains HRIS and other database records, including (but not limited to) information for new hires, terminations, and other status changes.
