-Onboard customers to their Collaboration Enterprise Agreement or other software subscription contracts -Assign licensing contracts to customers and guide their navigation throughout the Cisco Smart Accounts portal -Schedule and hold Quarterly Business Reviews with customers -Update customers on consumption, track issues, position services , and track service engagements -Take lead and execute on tracking customer`s true-forwards and consumption for EA subscriptions

- Monitor daily team activity and act as an escalation point for SHI's Cisco Cloud Team- Engage SHI's Cisco Partner Account Managers to schedule relevant trainings- Work with partnered distributors' Cloud Team to continually improve processes- Motivate team members and provide coaching and training when necessary

• Stay up-to-date with Cisco SaaS offers and features, with a focus on POC's• Encourage conversion and address customer concerns through partner-led programs• Create & update internal documentation related to Cisco SaaS features & updates• Proactively monitor usage and renewal terms• Subject matter expert on Cisco SaaS products, usage terms & functionality

Assist sales and operations in provisioning and procurement for Cisco Cloud productsLiaise SHI sales teams and Cisco Cloud teams in effort to support superior customer satisfaction within the re-seller domain.Induce hyper convergence rates from trial to purchase as a tier-2 partner.Assist internal accounting and operations teams for customer annuity billing models.Update monthly invoice tracker to ensure all payouts have been processed to maintain a healthy relationship between all parties involved.Generate documents for billing model practices and processes for use by internal sales teams
