As a senior instructor, my role was to design daily lesson plans for two classes of 15+ children in order to coach nautical skills and water safety. In my time at the yacht club I collaborate with four other instructors as well as a Program Director to facilitate day to day safety on and off the water. This job has greatly improved my organizational skills with daily plans, as well as leadership skills knowing I was responsible for up to 30 sailors at any given time.

I started my time with West Falmouth Market as a cashier which lead me to develop deep interpersonal communication skills, display accuracy and attention to detail while using a register for over 500 transactions per day, and quickly calculate totals and tax without the use of a computer system. At Old Silver Beach Watersports I was able to put my organization and strategic mind to work. I designed and organized watersports schedules for five various sports in order to manage equipment availability. By creating a new way of scheduling rentals, the business was better able to give accurate times to our customers, as well as properly plan out the full day of business.
