Over the past two years, my professional journey has been characterized by a multifaceted focus on climate-adaptive farming practices, malnutrition, and women's livelihoods. In the realm of climate-adaptive farming practices, I have actively engaged in implementing strategies to enhance agricultural resilience in the face of climate change. This involved working closely with farmers to integrate sustainable and climate-smart techniques, such as precision farming, water conservation, and crop diversification.Simultaneously, my work in addressing malnutrition has been centered on developing and implementing initiatives aimed at improving nutritional outcomes within communities. This has encompassed collaborating with healthcare professionals, nutritionists, and local communities to raise awareness, provide education on balanced diets, and promote the cultivation of nutrient-rich crops.The Aval Foundation, which views "Aval" as synonymous with "Mother," is dedicated to various core activities aimed at women's well-being. These include promoting women's hygienic health, increasing women's enrollment in education, enhancing financial accessibility for women, and empowering them in decision-making processes. Additionally, the foundation focuses on improving women's health by addressing maternal mortality rates (MMR) and infant mortality rates (IMR), aiming to reduce mortality rates among women and children.In the context of women's livelihoods, I have been dedicated to fostering economic empowerment and gender equality. This has entailed designing and executing programs that empower women through skill development, entrepreneurship training, and access to resources. By facilitating opportunities for income generation, I have strived to contribute to the economic well-being of women and their families.Throughout these experiences, I have honed my ability to navigate the intersectionality of these three crucial areas, recognizing the interconnectedness between climate, nutrition, and gender. My work has not only been about addressing immediate challenges but also about building sustainable solutions that consider the long-term impacts on both local communities and the environment.
