Aval Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to rural and urban development, conserving natural resources, and securing the planet. Our mission is to foster self-reliance and resilience in rural communities by enhancing income levels and promoting adaptive practices. We focus on natural resource management, renewable energy, climate-adaptive farming, women's livelihoods, social security for elders, health and nutrition, and education. Key initiatives include promoting sustainable practices like watershed management and afforestation, implementing clean energy projects such as solar and wind, and helping farmers adopt climate-resilient practices. We empower women through skill development programs like tailoring, ensuring financial independence and social empowerment. We also support elders with access to essential services, enhancing their quality of life. Health initiatives include campaigns on menstrual hygiene and maternal health, improving women's health outcomes. Public health education on AIDS and HIV aims to reduce stigma and improve community health. Our digital campaigns, "Save Birds – Save Biodiversity" and "Meal to the Poor," focus on biodiversity conservation and food security. Success stories include empowering women through tailoring, increasing urban sparrow populations, providing nutritious meals to the needy, and enhancing children's education and career prospects.
