We're growing brand recognition and generating leads for the company in the Russian Agritech Market.As a leading marketing and BD executive in a company, I'm in charge of all digital marketing, marketing events and PR activities, and collaborative partnership projects that drive lead generation.

I managed the project of the hackathon and IT conference DataFusion 2021. I led the cross-functional project team to fulfil project objectives set by the stakeholder. As a result, we gained 112% registrations for the conference and reached hackathon lead generation goals for the HR department of a stakeholder.

Got back from maternity leave. Started with onboarding of new product for medical professionals, as well as new sales leads management. Proposed an idea to start an education program about companie's products for medical professionals to warm-up market. All Y2019 worked on educational webinars for medical professionals project, created online events infrastructure, in cooperation with marketing and design team created landing page, standardised all project processes, worked on project analytics, as well as managed and hosted all webinar events. In Y2020 started to develop educational web-site structure.

In addition to all sales and account manager role responsibilities, I provided an idea of new product for medical professionals, then closely cooperated with product and developers teams to release this new product and bring it to the market. Worked closely on sales infrustructure, implemented new CRM system with few accompaniyng features, worked on funnel form and standardised procedures. As well leaded first distribution project until maternity leave.

My area of responsibility was in developing new leads into selling partners, as well as make sure that all account transactions and obligations are fulfilled. In this role I developed and maintained standardized procedures for moving leads through sales funnel, set up and maintained channel analytics, sales forecasting and statistics, automated all accounting calculations, and accomplished few complex partnership projects.
