I'm inspired to look for ways to develop better products, align them with learning needs, and use our products most effectively for the benefit of the stakeholders.

As an e-learning and e-assessment manager, I was responsible for developing digital tasks and formative and diagnostic tests for public schools.The most exciting project that I led was the development of digital diagnostic tests for foreign language learning. My responsibilities started from research and concept-writing, continued with training and leading a team of content writers and experts. I took part in the necessary software development, writing the requirements, and testing the product. Finally, I compiled the tests, piloted them on learners, and analyzed the validity.

I had been an entrepreneur for almost a decade, but I wanted to do something completely different and use my passion for technology and learning. While studying for a master's degree in Educational Technology, I was asked to tutor and teach at the International School. It was an invaluable hands-on experience in K-12 teaching and gave me a perspective on applying technological innovation in a school environment.

Luckily, I had sensed the need on the market and my company quickly became the national leader of its sector. I can't underestimate the project manager and team-leading skills I acquired while expanding the company. I developed the skills to communicate with industry partners on the journey, making the company an exclusive seller of several brands. At the same time, I had to learn to prevent and solve customer issues, learn to code to maintain the e-commerce platform, discover how to organize logistics and documentation.
