A Senior Manager reporting to various departments, I was responsible for ensuring that the transition from Barnett Associates to Equifax, Inc. moved quickly and efficiently with no major changes to clients need. This required running 2 segregated and completely separate networks on 2 internet providers. Users had to use secure personal computers and laptops to continue their work. Barnett Associates maintained their own secure data center which contained highly sensitive data and backup center in New York. We had to migrate to the Equifax security standards and move the applications and data center from New York to St. Louis at the direction of the IT department in a way that would have little impact on the users and clients. In order to make the migration successful I had to work with various departments including Security, Sales and Account Executives, Product Development, Operations and Facilities. Transition required a lot of patients and commitment. It was a success and I'm happy to be moving onto another challenge. I was responsible for assisting Sales Team and Account Managers during the on-boarding process, in a timely and efficient manner. This also included meeting with clients to go over file and security specifications. Managed daily client trouble tickets to assure the service level agreements were timely. Lead all data transactions with clients.Negotiated all 3rd party vendor contracts and assisted with purchasing and budget related items
