Chapter President
CurrentAs chapter president I will use my leadership and knowledge of Gamma Phi Beta to ensure all functions of chapter operations are being fulfilled, increase member retention and serve as the representative of my chapter to my campus and the Sorority. I will serve as the chapter liaison to Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, as well as supervise the work of all executive council officers. I will set goals with executive council officers, lead weekly executive council meetings and communicate regularly with all executive council officers and their advisors. I will provide direction to the executive council to develop plans that promote member engagement, sisterhood and retention and comply with international Gamma Phi Beta guidelines and expectations. I will ensure the fiscal health of the chapter through monitoring the overall chapter budget. I will lead all chapter meetings, executive council meetings and final membership selection meetings and serve as a voting member of the affiliated house corporation board. I will meet regularly with chapter advisors, campus fraternity/sorority advisors, AHC and international representatives and will fulfill my responsibilities for a minimum of 20 hours per week on average.
