As a current sales associate at Rhodes, a boutique clothing store, I apply my inventory management and supervisory skills to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. I am responsible for receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise, as well as training and overseeing new hires. I also interact with customers and provide them with personalized and attentive service, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.In addition to my work experience, I am obtained a bachelor's degree in hospitality management with a concentration in meeting and events planning at the University of Alabama. I am passionate about creating memorable and enjoyable experiences for people, and I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in this field through my coursework and extracurricular activities. I have been on the dean's list for five semesters, and I have obtained two relevant certifications: ServSafe Food Handler and HubSpot Agency Partner. My goal is to work in the hospitality management industry after I graduate in May of 2024.
