Serve as the functional lead for the Robotic Process Automation project within the CFO organization. Translates business requirements and existing manual process to steps that can be automated and carried out by a bot. Write user stories and acceptance criteria that can be implemented and verified by the development team. Leads scrum ceremonies for development team, including but not limited to: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning and Daily Standup. Provides demos to business stakeholders, as needed, and provides overviews on the capabilities of RPA and UiPath, as desired. Address technical questions with functional, business-like responses to client and stakeholders. Serve as backup tester in assisting with the development of test cases or the execution of testing.

The Business Analyst/508 Tester will work with the Design Team, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers to define and build features for the new application experience. As part of the team, you would: Interact with product owners to identify user stories with functional and system requirements Analyze system documentation to summarize system functionality as it relates to the project at hand Understand basic system technologies as they relate to the system functionality Communicate issues to appropriate parties and coordinate with external teams to mitigate potential issues/plan for impending deadlines Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams to analyze information needs and functional requirements, and communicate requirements to development teams Demonstrate developed functionality and application features. The Business Analyst/508 Tester will also support efforts to test the solution for accessibility and usability compliance.

Promote and ensure the health, safety, and community, of a First-Year residential hall (26 residents); provide themed door decorations, bulletin boards and educational programming (budget management); hold one-on-one meetings with residents each semester; crisis management and resident counseling; perform rounds in residential buildings when on duty; university policy enforcement and proper documentation; participate in personal and professional development.

Worked along with volunteers to meet daily goals of the garden; instructed, taught, and supervised new volunteers in weeding, harvesting, tending beds, and garden and grounds maintenance; assist with planning and execution of spring planting; garden preparation and annual plant sale.

Working with a team of six members, this highly intensive program paired us with the Save the Children Action Network (SCAN) to deliver new campaigns and advertising. For 6 weeks, we participated in lessons and lectures led by professors, CEOs and Bucknell alumni, who focused on leadership, the creative process, decision making, and different tracks within the corporate and consulting world. At the end of the program, my team presented our research and deliverable to our client in the form of an oral presentation and extensive document that detailed all of our processes and finding, from beginning research to our final analysis.
