As the Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach at Hamden High School, I mentor and develop young athletes both on and off the court. I dedicate six days per week during the season to ensure my team is thoroughly prepared for upcoming matches. My coaching philosophy prioritizes players' mental well-being and personal development alongside their athletic growth. I support their volleyball aspirations, whether at the high school or collegiate level. Additionally, I assist the varsity program by maintaining match statistics and providing support to the Head Coach during games.

At New England Shock Volleyball Club, I serve in dual roles as both coach and administrative assistant. I have successfully coached 12U and 14U teams, and am transitioning to lead the 15U program this season. My coaching approach focuses on developing well-rounded athletes who excel both on and off the court. Beyond coaching, I support the club's founders with social media marketing, tryout coordination, and registration management. I handle parent communications regarding upcoming events and assist with contract administration. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping young athletes discover the same passion for volleyball that has shaped my own journey.

As a Charger Ambassador for the University of New Haven, I work in the admissions office conducting informative campus tours to help prospective students envision their future at our institution. My role involves engaging with potential students and their families, sharing insights about university life, and supporting their decision-making process regarding enrollment. I also play an active role in organizing and facilitating open house events, adapting to various responsibilities as needed.
