Independently conducted open-source research on third-party responses to US-China competition to synthesise relevant learning lessons for Singapore in the form of a slide deck and 15 minute presentation.

• Worked directly with Head of Policy Development, Evaluation and Data Analytics. • Concurrently researched and drafted literature reviews for 3 forthcoming journal articles in topics of community engagement, diversity and social integration. • Independently conducted interviews and contributed two 4-page articles to the “Singapore Shared Stories” project (forthcoming) under National Integration Council, highlighting the lived experiences common between locals and immigrants.

• Drafted affidavits and written submissions for 2 separate divorce cases and personally explained to clients in-person or via phone call in their preferred language. • Independently conducted research on precedence for road traffic cases, directly reporting to and taking instructions from clients.

• Coordinated with lawyers to draft written submissions for court proceedings according to the unique requirements of individual cases and within 2 to 3 days.• Interacted one-on-one with clients daily in both spoken English and Mandarin to ensure client's needs are understood and met.

• Partnered with the manager to produce the product's website, crafting and publishing all 20 step-by-step guides for the product over 2 months.• Picked up a new coding language (HTML) within 1 week to produce the website.• Planned the production timeline for the website and implemented it with minimal supervision across 2 months.

• Independently researched and critically analysed competitor products to write 2000-word long product reviews promoting client brands. • Tailored each article to include keywords and phrases relevant to assigned target audience to increase traffic to client brand’s website.

• Managed administrative matters for patients, ensuring patients receive seamless customer service on top of quality medical care. • Piloted volunteer recruitment efforts by calling on each potential participant, pitched to and enrolled at least 30 volunteers to form an initial pool of volunteers. • Conducted recruitment drive at SPH Health Fiesta; marketed the programme and recruited at least 30 additional volunteers across 2 days, using event’s publicity to increase Eye Centre’s visibility.
