- Develop and lead RTI's International Development Group's private sector engagement (PSE) strategy- Provide thought leadership and support to proposed and current projects

* Advise international development organizations on how to effectively integrate private sector engagement (PSE) and collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) approaches into their activities.* Advise and support initiatives in using systems approaches to inspire collective action that leads to improved development outcomes.* Provide coaching and support to organizations to create high performing cultures.

* Managed partner consortiums for multi-year USAID projects using systems-based approaches to enhance collective action and multi-stakeholder engagement efforts, and to foster locally led development.

* Directed the team focused on strengthening the Agency’s methodological framework and tools for measuring the value of private sector partnerships, and for overseeing the collection, analysis and dissemination of results of the Agency’s annual partnerships data call.* Developed, executed and advised on multi-stakeholder alliances that drive systems-level changes.* Member of the Center for Transformational Partnerships’ Senior Management Team with responsibility for strategy, human resources, budget, and other operational issues; changed the Center’s strategic planning process toward a more data-driven approach.

* Launched and grew the Washington, DC based office.* Directed and managed staff on engagements for public and private sector clients in a strategy consulting firm that uses outcomes-based measurement to create shared value.

* Provided technical leadership and guidance to USAID senior staff, technical offices and overseas missions on building private sector partnerships.* Designed and oversaw consulting team to conduct a study for measuring and evaluating alliance outcomes, and worked across the Agency to institutionalize the findings from the study.* Directed technical assessment teams for partnership evaluations in over 20 countries, and trained over 700 staff in the design and measurement of public-private alliances.

• Designed and conducted a study on the global environmental benefits and catalytic impact of the GEF.• Developed assessment methodology and framework to incorporate into future project decisions and evaluation models.

• Assisted with building a network of local and regional corporate and government decision makers to develop long-term strategic plans and legislative policies. • Identified, analyzed, and created reports on local economic development indicators.

• Oversaw data collection, household surveys, and interviews of government officials for a team of economic professors (Michael Kremer, Esther Duflo, and Edward Miguel) to increase the efficacy of international development projects.

• Launched and directed academic enrichment program for over 80 under-served students aged 9-14.• Built partnerships with community organizations and foundations to support the Center.• Initiated and co-designed impact evaluation of program in partnership with M.I.T. • Co-chair of the NGO Caucus on Women and Decision Making and Co-founder of the Youth Caucus.• Drafted recommendations on youth-related issues for inclusion in U.N. documents.• Successfully partnered with NGOs and governments to increase youth participation in the caucus.• Increased youth participation from 20 to 120 representatives, and secured a youth position on the official US delegation.
