Created the To Be Honest public health marketing campaign-turned-program in 2018. The program provided youth, transitional aged youth (TAY), and their families in Santa Clara County with creative opportunities to express their emotional and mental health and opened the door to larger conversations around this stigmatized topic.> Hosted, edited, and published 4 seasons of the To Be Honest Podcast, through which 45 local youth shared their personal experience with behavioral health through audio interviews.> Developed and maintained a website and social media channels to educate young adults in the community about behavioral health. Since its launch in 2019, over 25,000 youth have visited the website. The Instagram page gained over 1,400 followers through original posts, reels and the use of ads.> Created marketing/promotional materials for the program using Canva and Adobe Illustrator.> Coordinated 9 art contests over 4 years through which young adults in Santa Clara County could share their 2D, 3D, 4D art and Short Films.> Collaborated with a local film team to produce videos of young adults sharing their behavioral health journeys on-camera.> Planned, promoted, and hosted 12 creative community events over a 12-month-period for youth to express themselves, discover new creative outlets and find belonging.> Managed seven interns (over 4 years) as well as both youth (16 youth volunteers) and adult advisory boards (8 adult volunteers).

Originally hired as the Development & Communications Assistant in 2012 and received a title promotion in 2016. Through this role, I gained extensive experience in marketing, internal and external communications, fundraising, and event planning within a nonprofit setting.> Assisted in the planning of the organization’s two annual fundraising events: annual gala and a golf tournament (15 events total)> Created marketing collateral to represent the organization’s brand and mission, including flyers, signage, and presentations.> Wrote and published monthly internal + external newsletters.> Coordinated a marketing campaign, titled, “A Day in the Life of Recovery,” which shared the recovery stories of eight Momentum for Health clients.> Planned and executed the organization’s annual fundraising appeals which included designing yearly email and physical marketing campaigns to send to potential donors.> Created engaging content for Momentum’s Sharepoint site to update all employees about agency news and events.> Created and published content for Momentum’s social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.> Communicated with donors, board members and others throughout the agency to ensure their understanding of the Development + Communication Team’s initiatives.> Managed Momentum's donor database (Bloomerang) and processed all donations.
