Cloud Support Escalations Manager
Current• Supervise a team of highly experienced cloud engineers, who provide escalated support for the supportteam, supporting single and multi-tenant cloud infrastructures.• Provide support for our Virtual Desktop Service(VDS) Virtual Desktop Managed Service(VDMS) andSpot PC software.• Successfully led the implementation of a robust infrastructure monitoring and reporting solution,making a seamless transition from Solarwinds to leverage Azure's native tools, including AzureLighthouse, Logic Apps, Log Analytics Workspaces, Runbooks, PowerShell, and Alert Rules.• Conduct comprehensive training for the support staff while meticulously documenting essentialprocesses and procedures.
