These innovative ideas will enhance the game presentation for the upcoming season, ensuring continued fan engagement beyond hockey play. Throughout the summer, I oversaw merchandise operations, driving sales growth through selling jerseys, hats, and t-shirts. During my time here, I was able to actively learn about marketing strategies within the sports industry that reflects my commitment to enhancing my skills for future career advancement.

Daily, I greeted customers with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive environment. I also organized and assembled over 3,000 customer files, ensuring efficient retrieval and document accuracy. While handling front desk responsibilities, I provided optimal customer service by promptly answering over 20 phone calls each day. As well as, managing billing and payment processing, I prioritized accuracy and completed tasks promptly.
