SMART Brain Aging, Inc developed Memory Program, an in-person brain training therapy treatment administered by a volunteer to a patient with early-stages of dementia. From fall of 2015 to May 2017, I met with a 92-year-old woman, twice a week to facilitate the program. Various activities include: teaching Sudoku, reading passages from a book and discussing them, and solving puzzles.The program is designed to exercise cognitive memory skills, hoping to slow down dementia.
