Product Coordinator
Current- Support the management process of the social media, reputation, and listings products.- Support and assist team with a variety of tasks and projects for assigned team area- Collect and analyze data and create reports on an as-needed basis.- Collaborate and communicate across internal teams to support assigned project initiatives.- Assist the team with coordination of external vendors and agencies where applicable.- Identify process improvements, provide insights, and make recommendations to the team.- Research industry topics and trends related to digital products/services and report on findings.- Obtain knowledge of industry, market conditions, and customers' issues, business priorities, and challenges.
