As General Manager at Automobile BDC I was given the task to design and implement a business plan that centered around having an outsourced internet sales department for Automobile Dealerships. I implemented a proven technique that I had mastered that allowed me to capture as much internet shoppers as possible and set as many appointments as possible for our various clients. I hired a staff of 75 Internet Sales Associates and trained them on maintaining websites, providing excellent customer service, and a proven follow-up process to drive showroom traffic for the dealerships.
