Advised İGA A.Ş. with respect to the construction of Istanbul New Airport, assisted in drafting and negotiation of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement (FIDIC based EPC) and provided legal consultancy on general corporate matters.Advised and represented Erdem Holding for several wind turbine supply and installation agreements and wind turbine service and availability agreements to be executed with turbine suppliers.Provided legal assistance to Turkish and foreign clients with respect to renewable energy regulations issued by EMRA (EPDK) and obtainment of necessary permits and licenses required for installation of wind energy power plants.Participated in legal consultancy for acquisition of BMC Commercial and Economical Entity from TMSF to Es Mali Yatırım A.Ş. owned by Ethem Sancak and participation of respective Qatar authority to Es Mali Yatırım A.Ş. following such transfer.Advised various clients on various agreements and on corporate matters such as establishment of companies, general assembly and/or board of directors meetings, commercial books.Participated in due diligence process of M&A projects.Attended the trainings on project finance especially on financing of special purpose vehicles for Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects.
