I am an organizational development consultant, personal advisor to managers, supervisor to organizational consultants and group facilitator. I hold an expert certificate from the International Focus Center.Founder & partner of B G Implementation Ltd., which deals with consulting for strategy and organizational development.I believe in the human spirit, it’s natural desire and it’s abilities to develop. My professional approach stems from the open systems approach, which helps my clients plan and lead their organization to success.I have extensive experience in consulting for companies and large & medium-sized organizations and am an expert in accompanying organizations on strategic issues of adapting to changes (change required in the company due to external changes) from the perception stage, through the planning stage to implementation and assimilation.I have 16 years of experience as an organizational consultant in the IDF (Rank of Lieutenant Colonel) and 15 years as an independent consultant to local authorities, government ministries, business organizations and associations.I bring with me knowledge, experience and a lot of love for the organizational consulting profession, being an assistive profession that provides great interest and an ever-increasing intellectual challenge.Main Activities I performed during my IDF term:► Partner in a huge organizational change - the establishment of the Land Arm in the IDF.► Implementation of a first directed system for a main field unit.Main Activities & Actions as an organizational consultant:► Accompanying comprehensive organizational change in local authorities throughout Israel► Construction & Facilitation of executive development programs in a variety of companies & organizations► Writing dozens of master plans for education► Writing and implementing an ongoing program to change attitudes among social workers in social promotion services.► Update of the operating concept of the IDF locator system (volunteering for reserve service)► Membership in the team that accompanied the staffing of all positions in the establishment of rescue services to Panama including sorting, ranking and selectionHobbies► Off-road cycling.
