I'm driven by a passion for continuous learning, curiosity, and growth, with a focus on using my skills to positively impact others. As a student of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Maryland, I thrive at the intersection of quantitative analysis and innovative problem-solving, always eager to deepen my understanding and push boundaries in my field.Currently, as an independent researcher for the FIRE-Computing & Society program, I'm exploring how AI can enhance educational experiences—a study grounded in my desire to use technology to support and empower students and educators alike. Through my role with Teach For America's Ignite Fellowship, I mentor under-resourced students, providing guidance in their academic journey and nurturing a supportive virtual learning environment. These experiences have taught me the profound value of patience, active listening, and clear communication in fostering meaningful growth for others.My previous research internship with FIRE-Sustainability Analytics has further solidified my dedication to impactful work. Analyzing data to address environmental challenges has shown me how powerful well-channeled data insights can be in driving sustainable change, especially in communities vulnerable to pollution.With technical expertise in languages like Java, C, Assembly, and SQL, combined with a solid grounding in mathematical analysis, I aim to continue leveraging these skills in ways that foster inclusivity, learning, and mutual growth.
