As a Planning manager I was responsible to lead the team through two major challenges during that period – the acquisition of Numonyx and Micron. In both cases I had a major role in redefining the biz processes of the Supply chain end to end until a smooth and successful implementation of this complex challenge. Leading principles were, clear and simple connections between the Supply Chain components, online Output status visibility to all levels, structure and robust biz processes, standardization within the team and effective and efficient communications channels.

Main focus was: manage tools availability, tools utilization and hit the Output goal. Also, own to lead the Manufacturing Group Leader team to ensure standardization within the teams, addressing continues improvement initiation, balance between team capabilities and setting the future development direction for the Sort manufacturing teams.
