Working closely with Pricing, Reinsurance, Distribution, Marketing, New Business, Underwriting and many more stakeholders to deliver product initiatives that boost our market competitiveness. My aim is to improve customer experience and the overall financial performance of the retail Life insurance business. The role is also responsible for the ongoing compliance and regulatory requirements of our retail Legacy book of business.Project Management: For small to medium projects which do not warrant a dedicated Project Manager, I took on the project management / owner responsibilities.
