Interviewing relevant personnel and conducting independent research to create standard operating procedures, guides, and other documentation for IT processes; standardizing documentation templates; monitoring documentation repository and implementing organizational rules to maintain order and achieve ease of access for SSA staff; and proofreading and editing existing documentation.
