Avi is a leader in sustainable and equitable design for elite athlete training and venue facilities, with a focus on women’s sports. She leads with a purpose to ensure the projects she works on are designed with sustainability and inclusivity at their forefront. Having served as the co-chair for the Populous sustainability resource and education group, EcoPOP, Avi works with colleagues and clients to guide them in understanding the importance of sustainable design and how it can be used as a catalyst for healthier, more resilient communities.Never afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver inclusive, intentional design, she consistently seeks innovative solutions that address the diverse needs of all users while fostering a more equitable and accessible environment. She approaches her work with an unwavering dedication to creating spaces where everyone feels a sense of belonging.With her background as a collegiate athlete, Avi has a deep appreciation for the unifying power of sports.
