Responsible for ensuring communication and ISMS implementation of TCS security policies and practices within TCS Retail accounts, which has 55000+ associates in 7 locations.• Maintaining compliance with relevant company standards like ISO 27001 etc.• Migrated Restricted access control areas into RIGHTS tool – TCS inhouse online system.• Migrated C&I Risk Registers into Rplanner tool – TCS inhouse online system.• Suggesting ways to improve current security management process.• Ensuring that locations are compliant to ISO 27001 standards.• Performing regular audits to monitor security controls implementation.• Follow up with the teams for closure of gaps identified in the internal audits in a timely manner.• Preparation and support to External and Customer audits like ISO 27001, SOC2, SSAE18 etc.• Designing & review of Physical security controls and procedures for the new upcoming locations.• Periodic review of Risk Registers and various BCP drill reports for effectiveness.• Investigating and handling various types of security incidents.• Providing awareness to associates on companies Information Security policies.• Periodic review of Firewall rules on a regular basis.• Review of hardening of Servers and Network devices.• Periodic review of Physical and Logical security controls.• Promoting Security awareness program to Experience Professionals on TCS Information Security policies.• Ensuring VAPT is conducted on all applicable network devices and servers. Review of these reports and ensuring that reported vulnerabilities are closed in a timely manner.
