SingX is a FinTech startup based in Singapore that provides a more convenient, cost-effective and efficient way for consumers to make cross-border payments. • Created a comprehensive pitch deck for the global FinTech festival awards organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). As a result, SingX was awarded USD 80K in funding from MAS and placed in the top 10 of 300 companies• Took charge of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project to increase the efficiency and productivity of the customer onboarding process. • Produced a technical requirements document and a detailed process flow that is serving as a framework to implement SingX's CRM system. • Leveraged FB analytics and tripled the number of followers on the SingX FB page in 6 weeks. • Prepared a comprehensive executive summary of SingX to present to investors.SingX was founded by Principal Founder & CEO, Atul Garg, who has over 25 years of banking and payments experience with American Express, particularly as the group's General Manager for Global Network Services.
