Supervises project personnel through subordinate discipline leads.- Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc. ) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan. - Ensures consultant is aware and complying with Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations. - Ensures project schedules and resource plans are developed and utilized in managing the project tasks. - Manages execution, coordination, and implements regular reviews/controls to track project progress. - Develops action plans to address project tasks and issues. Good understanding of Project Control Reports and identified problem areas. - Effectively communicates and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management. - Clearly communicates project requirements, deliverables and expectations with the project team.
