After graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Avik spent the 6+ years working both as a freelance web developer and senior associate and as part of a team of a growing small & medium company. Avik acquired project and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate with team members and clients while effectively meeting milestones and deadlines and essentially how to run a SME company successfully. As a freelance web developer Avik collaborated with several graphic designers and developers in Kolkata, at the same time maintaining clients in US, Canada, Germany, Netherlands, Australia and the UK.Avik has always been an optimistic person, confident about his abilities and knowledge. Like every person, Avik dream to be a successful entrepreneur. The path to success is not easy and while there are shortcuts, it is the long, patient walk which takes us many miles ahead.As a business owner, Avik founded his company "Neo Coderz Technologies" in 2015 along with business partner Sudipto and has grown it to a team of more than 35+ employees and within four years of incorporation.Now working on developing transitional project management, business strategy development, streamlining outsourcing service and improvement of delivering projects and software development and client communication.Outside of work, Avik enjoys cooking lot of flavoured dishes.
