Coordinating and maintaining progress on the implementation of Apollo's Alternative Workplace Strategy program. Responsible for developing pilot program and assisting business units with transition to Alternative Workplace Environment. Focused on improving relationship between workplace environment and employee engagement.

Responsible for maintaining as-built drawing database and processing (cleaning, poly-lining and tagging) Apollo site portfolio of approximately 9 million sq ft, including overseas operations. First point of contact for database design, alteration, reporting, implementations, upgrades and process improvements, including SQL queries, Crystal reports and minor HTML changes. Assisted Director with departmental budgeting, business goals, SWOT analysis, space strategies, vacancy/occupancy and space allocation analysis. Produced stacking plans for major strategic planning efforts. Assisted with large MAC projects and executed tactical plans. Training responsibilities included team AutoCAD training, as well as space/move management process training for all Apollo entities. Interfaced with ITS department for major initiatives including fixed asset integration/tracking, rack naming, printer consolidation projects and wireless system upgrades.

Prepared floor plans for tenant improvement projects up to 90,000 square feet including new sites, expansions and remodel projects both locally and nationally. Performed programming, space planning and furniture specifications in accordance with corporate standards and budget allowances for corporate and campus facilities. Responsible for construction and furniture proposal review, labor cost analysis, as well as supervision of contract vendors. Produced construction documents, bid drawings and furniture installation drawings in AutoCAD. Supported Purchasing Dept. in RFP process to award furniture contract. Maintained 15-20 active projects. Created standard electronic filing format for maintaining database of drawings.

Responsible for defining scope of project, assessing customer needs and programming design solutions. Knowledge of codes, ADA requirements, and a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and CAP specifying software. Involved in coordination of order placement, delivery and installation of modular and casegoods furniture. Extensive knowledge of Herman Miller furniture product.
