I am working in Global Opportunity Youth Network-Udaan Project as outreach coordinator for making logistics and supply chain sector aspirational to the youth.

I am working on the centers of the most vulnerable social groups. eg. migrant workers, scavengers, survivors of gender-based violence, trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation landless households, women, and adolescent girls. I am working as Center Coordinator and contributing to make Development in the vulnerable sections of society

In my Pilot Project, I visited many villages, meet more than a hundred women, speak with them, arrange meetings, study their businesses, help to sell a product, each activity is new for me.There are many going to training programs from the government in rural areas. I learn from these 90 days of Swayam Shikshan Prayog internship is problem identification, problem mapping and Government schemes for entrepreneur, resource mapping, identification of resources, business plan, market identification, product production to packaging to selling, and l learned Rural marketing. I am visiting the village farmer and sold 6 tan Vermicomposting in the internship period. When I go to sell Vermicompost into the village the response of customers is very helpful to understand customer behavior. I see a business that has good quality but the market and area of business or identification of wrong opportunity reason to shut down their businesses. Every moment of the internship is knowledgeable. Working in an office is a new experience for me before I don’t have any experience work in the office. I learn from the office environment. Functioning and work of the office are knowledgeable for me. Connecting with new people and work for them is a new experience. Show less
